Cheltenham Ladies are set to face Crawley Wasps in the last game at the Corinium Stadium this season.
The game is Cheltenham’s last time at home in the Women’s National League Southern Division for the 2022/23 season, with the last game coming against Ipswich Town ladies.
The two sides have faced each other twice earlier in the season at the Camping World Community Stadium.
The first meeting was the in the league, and Cheltenham earned a hard-fought win thanks to a goal by attacker Henna Butcher.
The second time the two sides met was in the League Plater Quarter Final, where despite two goals from Issy Newns, the side were defeated in a penalty shootout.
Cheltenham have taken two points from their last five games, with the draws coming from a tough 0-0 battle with Gillingham WFC, and the other from a high-octane 3-3 with local rivals Bridgwater United.
The Wasps have lost six consecutive games in the league; their last win came against 10th place Plymouth Argyle.
The fixture comes at the end of Tom Davies’ first season in the third tier. The side have already guar-anteed their place in the competition for the 2023/24 season.
The Robinesses sit 8th in the league, with a five point gap in both directions. Crawley are seven points adrift at the bottom of the table.
The Robinesses’ season comes to an end in two matches, with their final game of the being played away to title contenders Ipswich at Felixstone & Walton United Football Club.
Cheltenham Town Ladies v Crawley Wasps takes place at The Corinium Stadium, Cirencester (post-code: GL7 1HS) at 14:00 on Sunday, 16th April.
Tickets will be available at the gate on matchday, costing £6 for adults and £3 for concessions.
