Cheltenham Town Women FC are delighted to announce new staffing appointments ahead of the 2024/25 season.

Joining manager Tom Davies, will be assistant manager Mike Harris, who joins after a successful season as Stourbridge Women’s manager.

Meg Harding pictured continues her time at Cheltenham, in a dual role as she becomes a First Team Coach and becomes Player Liaison ahead of the upcoming 2024/25 season.

Jamie Lloyd-Davies joins The Club as First Team Coach, with a wealth of experience at this level, as manager of Swindon Town Women from 2019-2022, and most recently as Southampton Women’s FC’s manager, in the Women’s National League Division One South West.

Lloyd-Davies will be joined by fellow First Team Coach Matt Bedford, who is now in his second season with the Robinesses since returning to The Club after a spell coaching in America.

Dawson Rose joins us as The Club’s new Goalkeeping coach, after being a part of the Glassgirls alongside Mike Harris, and has experience as Stourbridge’s Women’s Academy assistant manager.

Quin Renouf-Preece is our new Head of Medical and joins us after vital work experience with the team last season and boasts experience with the Cheltenham’s men’s side in their medical team. He will be joined by medical student Kayleigh Brown, which continues our partnership with the University of Gloucestershire, allowing students to gain vital experience.

Ben Wise concludes our strong medical team as he becomes the new Strength and Conditioning coach.

The changes aren’t just among the coaching staff however, as Owen Mason is now our new Head of Media after a successful year alongside former Head Grace Gunn, who will stay on behind the scenes on The Club’s website, after her great work which included growing the TikTok page through new forms of content such as Match Day Vlogs and interactive player interviews.

Second year Sports Journalism student Ben Stevens will now join alongside Third year Sports Journalist, Mason. This continues the good working relationship Cheltenham Town Women FC have established with the University of Gloucestershire’s media department over the last few years and will continue with relevant journalism and photography opportunities throughout the upcoming season.
