Cheltenham Town Women have learned who they will face in the FA Women’s National League Plate Quarter Final.
The Robinesses will make the journey north to lock horns with Stockport County Ladies on December 1 (2:00pm kick-off). The fixture will take place at Stockport Sports Village.
Stockport reach the Quarter Finals having defeated Leafield Athletic 2-1 in the Preliminary Round; Liverpool FC Academy 2-1 in the First Round, and most recently, a 2-0 victory over Durham Cestria this past weekend.
Cheltenham, on the other hand, received a Bye in the Preliminary Round before defeating Boldmere St. Michaels 4-1 in their first Plate outing. The Robinesses would follow this up with a 2-1 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers Women in the Second Round.
This is Cheltenham’s third time reaching the Quarter Finals in recent years, with the Club reaching this round in 2022/23 after having reached the Semi-Finals in 2021/22.
